Quick Home Services is a marketing, referral, and call-connection website for HVAC and plumbing service requests. We are not the contractor who inspects the property or performs the work, and we do not sell HVAC units, plumbing parts, or physical products.
Independent service professionals
Any service professional you speak with is an independent party. Provider identity, qualifications, licensing where required, insurance, availability, estimates, scheduling, pricing, warranties, and service terms should be confirmed directly with the responding provider before authorizing work.
Estimates, authorization, and changes
Estimates, service recommendations, appointment windows, diagnostics, invoices, payment terms, cancellations, refunds, and warranties are handled by the independent provider. Review those details directly before authorizing service.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the location and service need.
- Review provider identity, estimates, and service terms before work begins.
- Ensure an authorized adult is available when required.
- Use emergency services or the appropriate utility when a situation presents immediate danger.
- Make payment arrangements directly with the independent provider.
Warranties and service results
We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, accept a job, arrive within a particular period, offer a particular price, or achieve a specific result. Website content is general information and does not replace a property-specific evaluation.

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, or legitimate business service inquiries. You may not interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent inquiries, scrape content at scale, or misuse phone numbers and tracking systems.
